Helping at our concession stands directly supports TCHS athletics by keeping costs low and ensuring more of the funds raised go straight to our student-athletes. Without dedicated volunteers like you, we’d have to hire a paid service—drastically reducing the impact of our efforts.

Parent/Adult Concessions Volunteers

Volunteer shift length varies depending on the sport. See start and end times in the sign up for each game.
Parent/Adult Volunteer Expectations:
Age Requirement: We kindly ask that our parent/adult volunteers be over 18 and not current students.
Timeliness: Please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled shift.
Children: For safety reasons, we request that children do not accompany you into the concession stand or merchandise booth.
Accountability: All food, drinks, and merchandise should be properly rung in and recorded. Each volunteer will receive 5 Booster Bucks to use toward food or drinks during their shift - any additional purchase will need to be paid for separately.
Tidiness: Please help keep the space tidy and assist with cleaning up during quiet times and before you leave for the night.
**Concessions volunteer sign-ups on this site are intended for parents and adult volunteers. Students have a separate sign-up process managed by Ms. Stephanie De Jesus at TCHS too keep track of volunteer hours for Bright Futures. We kindly ask that you do not register your student through this platform.
